Barbara Aldridge, formerly of Stanwell, has died aged 97. Her funeral is at St Mary the Virgin Church, Stanwell, at 1pm on Saturday 7 November. All are invited.

Barbara Aldridge, formerly of Stanwell and latterly of Staines-upon-Thames, died peacefully on 24 September 2026, aged 97, her family has announced.

Her funeral service will be held at St Mary the Virgin Church, Stanwell, at 1pm on Saturday 7 November 2026. Her family says all who knew her are warmly invited to attend, and asks that donations in her memory go to the RNLI.

BARBARA ALDRIDGE

Formerly of Stanwell, and latterly of Staines-upon-Thames. Passed away peacefully on 24 September 2026, aged 97 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Len, her mother Florence, and her grandmother Anne. She is survived by her three children, Barbara Gail Sinkule, Jay Flood-Coleman (Glynis), and Colin Phillip Coleman (Karen); her grandchildren Jeff Koon (Deupree), Leslie Socha (Jeff), Catherine Sinkule (Jamie), Danielle Nixey (Adam), Naomi Flood-Coleman, Ian Coleman, and Madeleine Coleman. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren: Graham, Audrey, Sutton, and Anna Grace Socha, and Elijah, and Mya Nixey. She is also survived by her sister Sandra Bradley (Derek) and nephew, Mark Bradley (Kim).

The funeral service will take place on Saturday, 7 November 2026, at 1pm at St. Mary the Virgin Church, Stanwell, Middlesex.

All who knew her are warmly invited to attend.
